Overview
The IT Developer leads design and maintenance of systems supporting workflows, survey platforms, and analytics (e.g., Pega integration, automation, data systems).

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot software solutions, including programming, system design, and data management processes such as data implementation, storage, and processing.
Design, configure, and manage survey platforms, including building survey logic and ensuring accurate data validation.
Lead the design, programming, testing, and ongoing maintenance of software applications and systems, including web development, databases, and systems analysis.
Support and manage network operations, provide technical support, and oversee data administration practices including governance policies, rules, and definitions.
Implement and manage technologically enabled survey processes, including computer‑assisted telephone interviewing (CATI) systems and methods for organizing and analyzing unstructured text data.
Leverage artificial intelligence tools and technologies to enhance survey data collection, processing, and analysis.

Requirements

Proficient in programming languages, software design, troubleshooting, and data management (e.g., implementation, storage, and processing);
Experience with survey platforms, survey logic, and data validation;
Experience with the design, programming, testing, and maintenance of software applications and systems (i.e., web development, database, and systems analysis);
Experience in network management, technical support, and data administration (e.g., policy, rules, definitions);
Experience with technologically supported and automated survey processes (i.e., computer assisted telephone interviewing, and sorting unstructured text)
Experience with artificial intelligence technology for survey information collection.
